Recall stores your account details, uploaded study material, answers, preferences and learning history to provide your learning workspace.
When you use extraction, tutor, speech or grading features, the relevant text, images or audio are processed by the configured service providers. These include Microsoft Azure-hosted AI for learning and grading, ElevenLabs for speech and transcription, Google for supported OCR and sign-in, AWS for private file storage, MongoDB Atlas for account and learning records. Email/password registration does not verify email ownership, and email password recovery is currently unavailable.
Your settings let you export your data, remove recordings, clear learning history or delete your account. Camera and microphone access are requested only when you choose to enable or use those features. Recording retention is off by default.
Recall is operated by Tensorblue AI. Contact amir@tensorblue.com for support, privacy questions, or deletion assistance. Account and learning records remain until you remove them or delete your account. Service providers may process information outside your country. AI features are currently available to adults only.
